Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

We built PouchDone to help you quit nicotine pouches — not to mine your data. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at info@designaxe.com.

1. The short version

  • Your pouch logs stay on your device and in your iCloud / Google account by default.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
  • There are no third-party trackers in the app.
  • You can delete your data at any time.

2. What we collect

Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist on pouchdone.app, we store the email you give us so we can notify you when the app launches.

App data. Inside the PouchDone app: your logged pouches, daily targets, plan settings, and (optionally) brand/strength tags. This data is stored locally on your device and synced through your iCloud (iOS) or Google account (Android). We don't have a copy of it on our servers unless you explicitly opt into cloud backup.

Diagnostics. Crash reports and anonymous performance metrics, only with your permission, only to make the app more stable. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. What we don't collect

  • Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
  • Precise location.
  • Health data from Apple Health or Google Fit unless you explicitly connect it.
  • Any data we don't need to run the features you use.

4. How we use your data

  • To run the Service. Show your plan, your stats, your streak, your savings.
  • To communicate with you. If you joined the waitlist, we'll email you the launch announcement and (optionally) major release notes. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
  • To improve the app. Anonymous, aggregated metrics like "how often does the plan re-fit" — never linked to you.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We may share data only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers who help us run the app (e.g. email delivery for waitlist notifications). They are bound by data-protection agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal compliance, if we're required by law to disclose information, and only to the minimum extent necessary.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these, email info@designaxe.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until 24 months after launch — whichever comes first. App data is kept as long as you have the app installed and your cloud account active; you can delete it at any time from within the app.

8. Children

PouchDone is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, principle of least privilege — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to reduce risk.

10. International transfers

We're based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your data may be processed in the US under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email (if you're on the waitlist or have an account) and update the "Last updated" date above.

12. Contact

Privacy questions, deletion requests, or anything else, email info@designaxe.com.
