By joining the waitlist, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PouchDone helps you track your nicotine-pouch usage, set a step-down plan toward a quit date, and visualize money and nicotine savings. We are not a medical device, smoking cessation product, or healthcare provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice. If you are considering quitting nicotine, talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age to purchase nicotine products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use PouchDone. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

PouchDone is currently in pre-launch. Pricing for any paid features will be disclosed clearly in the app and on this website before you are charged. If you joined the waitlist, we will email you the launch terms before any purchase is requested.
The PouchDone name, logo, interface, copy, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. Your own data (your logged pouches, notes, targets) remains yours.
PouchDone is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the app is also subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for outages, billing, or behavior of those third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you reduce or quit nicotine use. Results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PouchDone and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
